3. Rental Terms

3.1 Rental Eligibility

Customers renting equipment must provide valid identification, address proof, and any additional documents requested by the company.

3.2 Security Deposit

Certain products may require a refundable security deposit. The deposit amount will vary depending on the equipment category and rental duration.

3.3 Rental Duration

Rental charges are calculated based on daily, weekly, or monthly plans. Late returns may attract additional charges.

3.4 Equipment Condition

Customers must return rental equipment in the same condition as delivered, excluding normal wear and tear. Damaged, lost, or stolen items will be charged accordingly.

3.5 Maintenance and Support

Routine servicing and technical support for rented equipment may be provided by O2 For Everyone during the rental period, subject to usage conditions.

4. Product Sales

Availability is not guaranteed for all products purchased. The Company reserves the right to alter prices, discontinue products, and/or cancel orders as deemed appropriate by the Company.

5. Payment Terms

Customers agree to provide accurate billing information. Payments must be completed before dispatch or activation of rental services unless otherwise agreed.

  • Cash on Delivery (where applicable)

Failure to complete payment may result in order cancellation.

6. Delivery and Installation

Delivery time may vary due to availability of products and the location of customers. Although we try our best to deliver our products as quickly as possible, O2 For Everyone is not responsible for any delay caused by transport problems or other unforeseeable factors.

7. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Rental orders canceled before dispatch may qualify for a partial or full refund. Once equipment is delivered, cancellation charges may apply.

7.3 Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days through the original payment method.

Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific product or rental service.

Rental products are provided on an “as available” basis.
