Refund and Return Policy
This Refund and Return Policy shall be applicable to all products and services provided by O2 For Everyone, including rental and sale of medical equipment like BiPAP/CPAP machines, hospital beds, oxygen concentrators, ICU supplies, nebulizers, oxygen tanks, monitoring devices, and other accessories.
1. General Policy Overview
At O2 For Everyone, we prioritize hygiene, safety, and medical compliance. Due to the nature of healthcare and respiratory equipment, strict return and refund conditions apply.
2. Rental Equipment Policy
2.1 Rental Cancellation
- Rental orders can be cancelled before dispatch for a full or partial refund.
- Once equipment has been delivered or installed, cancellation is not allowed, and charges will apply for usage duration.
2.2 Refundable Security Deposit
- A security deposit (if applicable) is refundable after inspection of returned equipment.
- Refunds will be processed after deducting:
- Damage charges (if any)
- Missing accessories
- Outstanding rental dues
2.3 Return Condition
- Equipment must be returned in proper working condition.
- Normal wear and tear is acceptable.
- Damage due to misuse, mishandling, or negligence will be chargeable.
2.4 Pickup & Return
- Pickup of rented equipment will be scheduled after rental completion.
- Delay in return may incur additional rental charges.
3. Product Sales Return Policy
3.1 Eligible Returns
Products purchased from O2 For Everyone are eligible for return only if:
- The product is defective or damaged on delivery
- The wrong product was delivered
- The product is unused and in original packaging (where applicable)
3.2 Non-Returnable Items
Due to hygiene and safety regulations, the following are generally non-returnable once opened or used:
- Oxygen concentrators and cylinders after usage
- CPAP/BiPAP masks and accessories
- Nebulizers and consumable parts
- ICU and monitoring equipment after installation/use
3.3 Return Request Timeframe
- Return requests must be raised within 24–48 hours of delivery.
- Requests made after this period may not be accepted.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Approval Process
Refunds are issued only after:
- Product inspection (if applicable)
- Verification of return eligibility
- Confirmation of rental closure or cancellation
4.2 Refund Timeline
- Approved refunds will be processed within 7–14 business days
- Refunds will be issued via the original payment method (UPI, bank transfer, card, etc.)
4.3 Partial Refunds
Partial refunds may apply in cases such as:
- Used rental period before cancellation
- Missing accessories
- Damage deductions
- Service or delivery charges already incurred
5. Damaged or Defective Products
If you receive a damaged or defective product:
- Notify us within 24 hours of delivery
- Provide photos or video proof
- Our team will arrange replacement, repair, or refund after verification
O2 For Everyone reserves the right to inspect all returned items before approving any claim.
6. Installation & Service Charges
- Installation charges (if applicable) are non-refundable once service is completed.
- Emergency delivery or setup fees are also non-refundable.
7. Refund Exceptions
Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
- Improper use or mishandling of equipment
- Damage caused after delivery during customer possession
- Unauthorized repairs or modifications
- Loss of equipment or accessories
- Delay in return beyond agreed rental period
8. Cancellation Policy (Combined Overview)
- Before dispatch: Eligible for refund (minus processing fees if applicable)
- After dispatch: Cancellation charges apply
- After delivery: Rental services cannot be cancelled mid-use without applicable charges
9. Hygiene & Safety Compliance
Because of the high standards of hygiene required in medical facilities, all respiratory equipment and ICU equipment is sterilized both prior to its distribution and when it is received back.
